Orders cancelled 24 hours or more before the order will not incur any charges.

Platters
Can i switch the bagels that are included in the platter for Gluten-Free Bagel?
No, however you may add Gluten-Free Bagels to your order for 6.00NIS each.
How many people is a platter suitable for?
Holy Bagel has two platter sizes;
Do the platters come ready for serving?
All our Dishes come ready for serving with the exception of Bagels & Soup. (Bagel Baskets can be ordered for 15.00NIS each for more info Click Here.)
Does my order include Paper Goods & Serving Spoons?
Platter orders do not come with paper goods and serving spoons.
Full-Service Catering
When does the 3.5 hours service begin?
The 3.5 hour Buffet Service begins from the time the event was set to begin and does not include the Set-Up time. For more information please Click Here.
When is the latest i can make changes to my Full-Service Catering event?
The last oportunity to make changes is 24 hours before.
Payment
How can I pay for my order?
Platter orders & full service catering can be paid with the following methods:

Cash - To the Driver / Catering Manager -
Credit Card over the phone (Up to 4 Payment Interest Free) -
Check - To the Driver / Catering Manager (Orders up to 1000.00NIS, 1 Check for the date of the order & 1 Check for ten days from the date of the order) -
Bank Transfer - (Please see details in the attached file)
***A 3% charge will be added to payments made with Diners, American Express & all international credit cards***

The earliest time for delivery is 06:30am.
What is the latest i can receive my order?
We offer deliveries until 19:00pm.
